Harvest to Health Farms is the flagship operation of the AgriAquaculture Center of Excellence, established in 2024 with the support of Congressman Troy A. Carter, Sr., representing Louisiana’s 2nd Congressional District. As the largest closed-loop hydroponic aquaculture facility in the state, the Center serves as a hub for innovation, sustainability, and education in modern agriculture.
Spanning over 10,000 square feet of greenhouse and operational space, our farm is dedicated to producing fresh, locally grown food while advancing the science and practice of AgriAquaculture across the Gulf South.
